Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At Shawpster ERP Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality services and digital products. We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel a service or request a refund. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

2. Services (Website, Software & Application Development)

  • Refund Eligibility: A full refund is available only if the project or service has not yet been started.
  • Refund Processing Time: If eligible, approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 4 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • No Refunds: Once work has commenced or been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel a project before the start of any development work. Written confirmation via email is required.

3. Digital Products (Graphics, Templates, Code, etc.)

  • All purchases of digital products are final.
  • We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
  • In case of accidental purchases or technical issues, please contact us for support.

4. Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account dashboard (if available).
  • Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of a subscription period once billed.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experience a billing issue, please contact us at info@shawpster.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.
